Nosheen is the presenter of Today in Focus, the Guardian's flagship daily news podcast and one of the top ten most listened to podcasts in the UK.
Nosheen worked as a reporter at the Observer for three years. Before joining the Sunday paper, she worked as the Guardian's women's editor, as a features commissioning editor on g2, and contributing editor on the culture desk. She has been a judge on the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, the Amnesty Media Awards, the Brit Awards, and Fourth Estate Short Story Prize. At the festival Nosheen will be discussing the fast-paced world of creating news podcasts.
