Cara McGoogan is writer and host of Bed of Lies – a narrative podcast series in which she investigates major British scandals. She has made two series: the first about women deceived into relationships with men who were spying on them. The second, people who were infected with HIV by a supposed miracle cure.
Bed of Lies has won five awards to date – including Best News Podcast at the Press Awards. She’s the Telegraph's first Narrative Audio Journalist. She has also made a documentary for BBC Radio 4 called Bad Apples, about misogyny in the police. Cara will be speaking on the panel about narrative podcasts.
