Julie-Anna Needham is a hugely experienced journalist and podcast producer with a focus on business.
Before working in podcasting full time, she was a radio, TV (BBC & Sky News) and online business journalist for Dealreporter.
She presents a weekly business podcast - Dealcast: The M&A podcast - for Mergermarket. Each week, she interviews journalists worldwide about the latest M&A and corporate trends.
She has recently launched Decibel Podcasts to help small business owners, coaches, consultants and creatives launch their podcasts. She runs courses and workshops for people without a big budget who want to learn how to create, record and market a straightforward podcast.
While working with Fresh Air, she has produced podcasts for several big brands. She’s worked with Barclays for the past 4 years on Mortgage Insider. She helped launch the show and last year welcomed Location, Location Location's Phil Spencer as the new host. Fresh Air is the UK's leading branded podcast company.
Alongside working with Fresh Air, she works with smaller organisations and SMEs to produce, launch and improve their podcasts, including with SuperTech WM.
