Renée is a creative portfolio entrepreneur, speaker and content creator with a background in education technology, social entrepreneurship and community building. Renée is passionate about gender equality, specifically access to education and financial capital for women across the globe.

She is co-founder of To My Sisters, one of the fastest-growing women’s development communities, and has worked in edtech, fintech and social impact investment organisations. She was the UK Head Delegate to the Y7 Summit in Japan in 2023, and a Diana Award Recipient for her advocacy work. To My Sisters were recipients of the 2023 Content is Queen Micro Grant.

Renée is also a distinguished writer with a passion for self-growth and productivity. She founded Optimise Me, her personal newsletter and self-growth platform with over 1000+ weekly subscribers, and co-founded the Phoenix Programme, an independent writer’s coaching programme, in partnership with AppleBooks and Harper Collins, for young people between the ages of 18-25.

She holds an Ed.M in International Education Policy from Harvard University, where she was a recipient of the prestigious Kennedy Scholarship, and a B.A in History from the University of Oxford.

Renée will be hosting the From Audience to Community workshop alongside Courtney Daniella Boateng at this year’s festival.
