Kate is the co-founder of Just Add Joy, a podcast-led creative agency. Combining advertising’s best practices, with their in-depth knowledge of how to work with creators effectively, Just Add Joy unlocks podcast media’s immense potential for clients with multi-channel activations.
Kate has worked with creators throughout her whole career. Before co-founding Just Add Joy, she built and managed the careers of household names as an Agent, headed up Talent Partnerships at a publisher and led creator commercial development at the world’s biggest podcast company.
She thrives on challenging the status quo of podcast advertising that drains creators and threatens their relationship with listeners.
Kate will be presenting the Creating Brilliant Ads workshop alongside Dani Murphy at this year’s festival.
