“I would not be where I am today without the International Women's Podcast Festival, the contacts I've made at the event and the skills and industry knowledge I've learned from it.”

Ella has been Head of Production for Six to Start since November 2023, the same year she was recognised as one of The Radio Academy's 30 Under 30.

In her current position, she is responsible for commissioning, casting and recording all material for the audio drama and fitness apps Marvel Move - in collaboration with Marvel Comics, and Zombies, Run! In addition to these, Ella works as a freelance casting and voice director for podcasts and games.
