Chulu Chansa is the founder of Africana Woman Network, a podcast family that centres African women's stories, who house four podcasts: Africana Woman, The Educated Africana, LEMBA: The Africana Authors Space and No Breaks - APVA award winner of Best Society and Culture Podcast 2022 and 2023.

In 2024 three of their shows have received nominations for APVA Awards under Arts & Culture, Education, Society & Culture, Best Podcast Artwork.

Chulu facilitated a women's podcasting workshop in partnership with Women's History Museum Zambia in March 2024 and hosted the first ever podcast tour in Zambia which sold out all three cities on the tour.

She is the founder of the Zambian Podcasters Hub (Zed Pod Hub) - Feature story in The African Perspective (TAP) Magazine issue 18 Podcast Takeover
