“The festival allows women to have a safe space to share their lived experiences without having to compete with the broader media clutter.”

Saadia Khan

Saadia is an immigrant who is fascinated by different cultures. She is also a social entrepreneur who calls America home, holds an MBA in Marketing, a Masters in Human Rights and has worked with UN Women and other UN entities as part of her work at a small Civil Society Organization focused on women’s rights. In the current climate of polarization and divisiveness, she decided to launch a podcast that focuses on celebrating representation and inclusion in America. Saadia’s own experiences as an immigrant and a human rights activist exploring intersectionality between different cultures, racial and ethnic backgrounds form the basis of a lot of discussions.
